A “Typical” day, which often varies due to specific needs of the children, is as follows:
8:00 AM – 9:00 AM Arrival & Greeting, Breakfast (soft music in the background)
9:45 AM Supervised outdoor play (In case of rain, indoor activities
will be: reading, coloring, pretend play, puppets, story time, puzzles, block building)
10:30 AM Snack
11:00 AM Free Playtime (inside)
Noon Lunch
12:30/1:00 PM Beginning of Quiet Time / Nap time * ◊
3:00 PM Snack
3:30 PM Outdoor Play / Exercise / Singing (In case of rain, Indoor activities will be: reading, coloring, pretend play, puppets, story time, puzzles, block building)
4:00 PM Arts & Crafts / Story time / Circle time (children participate in pretend reading to others)
4:30 PM Free Play
4:45 PM Last Snack
5:00 PM Closing / Child Pick-up
